Tastefully decorated and brand-new room, an iron, coffee and tea making facilities, and a work desk were a nice surprise. I truly enjoyed views over garden. Quiet position was an added bonus.

Greatly enjoyed our top-class and stocked rooms, plus the staff was lovely friendly. Booked the hotel for its perfectly comfortable location very close to good pubs and restaurants and restaurant's. Also, Poole Park was max 25 minutes walk to.
Disappointing aspect was a bit small bathroom.
